Supported Employment Program

RTFNetwork’s Supported Employment program helps individuals with mental health and substance use challenges find and maintain meaningful, competitive employment in the community. Our team provides personalized, strengths-based support that focuses on each individual’s goals, interests, and readiness to work. Services include job readiness training, resume development, interview preparation, job search assistance, and ongoing coaching to support long-term success on the job. We also collaborate with employers and community partners to create opportunities that promote independence, stability, and improved quality of life.
